Functional training conducted in the group of adults WOMEN AND MEN. The aim of the course is the general improvement of physical codition. Functional movement is very important not only in sport, but also in everyday life – appropriate training has a positive effect on every aspect of life. By practicing and correcting functional movements that imitate everyday activities, we improve the ability to work and practice any sports discipline.
Additionally, we work on increasing: strength, power, stability, physical condition, coordination, endurance, flexibility, and speed. We will learn how to exercise consciously with the weight of our own bodies, and do those exercise at home and any other suitable time and space, for example during a travel. We will also learn how to work with equipment such as: barbells, dumbbells, kettlebell weights, medicine balls, bosu, gym balls.
Beginners group A1 is dedicated to those who are starting their adventure with functional training and exercise eg. at the gym, and those who want to improve their functional technique, mobility, stability, flexibility and physical condition. We will learn how to train, so as not to cause damage to joints and tendons, and how to work on our physical limitations.
Classes are run by certified Personal Trainer Adam Salamon, who has been training different disciplines since 1998 and who regularly enriches his knowledge through seminars, trainings and new information about health, sport and proper nutrition.
